structure : R.C.C. Frame
Brickwork : Outer walls 150 m.m. thick brick masonary and inner walls 15 m.m.
thick brick masonary with stratching of joints properly
Plaster : external side sand faced plaster or sponge plaster and internal side fanty finish plaster
Paint: External Walls: Apex exteriro paint over Birla wite coating
Internal Wall: Distemper paint to internal walls
Flooring : 2 x 2 vitrified tiled flooring in complete shop/ office
Electrification : All wiring will be concealed with modular switches according to the requirement of the rooms 2.5 to 3 points
Lift: provision of lift on each floortoilet on every floor
rain water harvesting
Ample ventilation and natural light to all shops and offices

SPECIAL INFORMATION
Extra work other than specified and any change in layot will be carried out on advance deposit payment separately. at the sole discretion
of te developer
No external/ Internal modification shall be allowed to affect the external elevation.
The purchaser has to pay the following charges separately.
a) M.S.E.B. meter deposits and proportionate all charges of transformer
b) Water meter chage with other incidential charges of water pump etc.
c) Registratin, stamp duty and documentation charges
